Developed brand guidelines and designed all campaign elements from scratch, collaborating with copywriters, art directors, and program managers to communicate EBSA’s mission and workers' rights under MHPAEA (Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Parity) and HISP (High Impact Service Provider) through engaging digital display banners (JPG, GIF), DOOH, native ads, social statics, and social videos, using InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop while applying skills in layout design, color contrast checks, branding, and visual asset creation.
Brand Guideline
Organized and documented all brand assets, including logos, creatives, fonts, color guidelines, and media specs, ensuring design consistency across banners, social media, videos, DOOH, and native ads.
